We understand that having support with daily living such as bathing or dressing can make a difference in your quality of life, helping you to stay happy at home.

We understand that everyone is unique, so we ensure that support with personal care is tailored to you. We will work with you or your loved one to put together a detailed person-centred plan that our Care Professionals will follow, so that you or your loved one gets the care and support needed, in the way that you want it.

We understand that it can be an unsettling time when daily living activities such as personal hygiene, dressing and personal grooming become a struggle. It can be difficult to accept help with personal care from our loved ones, particularly those with more intimate or clinical needs.

To help you maintain your freedom, a Care Professional will be matched with you, take the time to get to know you, and develop a trusting relationship to ensure that your care and support are individual to you and provided in the manner you like.

Our Care Professionals are highly skilled in providing personal care, including assistance with moving and positioning, support with medication, mealtime support, assistance with bathing or showering, and continence care. In order to assist you lead the best possible life at home, we can also offer support with more clinical personal care tasks like catheter and stoma care.
